Samuel Popik, Aide (they/them)Mx. Samuel is our newest substitute teacher and teacher's aide for the 2023-2024 school year! They live in Cleveland Heights with their wife Amelia and cat Midna. They have 3 years of experience in daycare/tutoring and graduated from Cornerstone University with a degree in Intercultural Studies, though they grew up in Twinsburg with their twin sister. They hope to find their forever job in Heights Cooperative, helping the next generation grow up happy, healthy, and informed by being the gender non-conforming adult they wish they had to look up to as a child. They don't want anyone else to have to grow up thinking they can't be themselves when they become an adult. Check out Critical Hit Games on a Sunday to catch them playing the Pokémon card game!
